In case you didn’t know, Korean cosmetics brands are becoming very popular in the market now a days. We bowed down to the Korean beauty gods a few years ago after being introduced to the BB creams. But that’s not the only skincare they’ve brought to the world. What really differentiates K-Beauty from other popular beauty brands and products is their emphasis on skincare.

Korean skincare regimens are more involved than your typical quick cleanse and smear of night cream. Another factor is that Korean culture is very much tied to technological advancement, that’s why companies work around the clock to provide new products with instant results. The most important, in my opinion, is that Korean cosmetics contain ingredients that are one-of-a-kind.

I consider myself a skincare addict, but don’t get me wrong makeup will always be my number one addiction. Lucky me a couple of weeks ago this brand, which sells Korean cosmetics here in Guatemala, contacted me and wanted me to give you guys a review about some of the products they sell. I got really excited since back in Taiwan I remember I always gravitate towards K-beauty products instead of other brands. (Is just that they are really really good!)

For today’s post I would like to share some Korean beauty products that worth the hype.

Fresh Cherry Tint: I love this lip stain, it smells very nice and it is really easy to apply. Feels really light on as well and it stays on really well so you won’t need to reapply it too often. I got the red color and it was a little more pink than I was expecting but it still looks great!

Long wear cushion: This foundation reduces the appearance of pores, discolorations and imperfections and ensures a perfectly flawless complexion every time. I do love this foundation even though I don’t usually wear one. It goes perfectly if you apply on top of that a powder just to have that matte looking skin. This is one of my current faves!

Face masks: Facial masks provide deep nourishment to the skin there are others than can be used to moisturize, detoxify and replenish nutrients. One tip I can give you is to identify your skin type because at the end of the day you want aa mask that is going to fill the needs of your skin. I really love these ones because they add an extra dimension to my skincare routine, and they are truly pampering.

If you’re thinking about trying K-Beauty products I hope you find this post helpful. Trust me, Korean products are very good and also they are one of a kind. Don’t hesitate anymore and go get some!

Until my next one.
